While the room was far from the main pool area and I ended up in a double room at the Springhill Suite, the room itself was right off the lobby, which was convenient. The service was exceptional in some aspects like arranging the kids' items but lacking when it came to phone assistance for theme park bookings. The location was great for shopping and Disney attractions, although the constant disruptive dancing music was a downside. The dining options were satisfying but could offer more variety.
